Allied Digital Services Ltd (BSE/ NSE: ADSL) is a
Mumbai-based provider of system integration
and IT infrastructure support services. Allied Digital Services focuses on IT transformation, helping
businesses to design, develop, deploy and deliver end-to-end IT infrastructure services.
Founded by the chairman and managing director Nitin Shah, the company started out as Digital
Data Service in 1984 offering support for mainframe computers and minicomputers.
Incorporated as Allied Digital Services in 1995, it entered a partnership with Dell to support its
international customers a year later.
